I’m an executive coach and social change leader passionate about inspiring high-impact transformations in individuals, teams, and communities. I lead with my values and empower others to develop bold visions coupled with detailed timelines and strategies to get big things done. Together we overcome obstacles and create opportunities that positively impact the world.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked with several of the nation’s leading social justice and philanthropic organizations directing national and statewide campaigns. I’m here to partner with you on activities ranging from team building and strategic planning to legislative affairs, communications initiatives, and electoral strategies. 

My commitment to developing leaders and building a just and caring community led me to co-found the Women’s Foundation of Palm Beach County in 2007. For over a decade, I worked with the Foundation to develop leadership programs for girls in STEM, professional development programs for entrepreneurs, and leadership programs to ensure more women of color have a seat at the table where decisions are being made. Through this work, the Women’s Foundation become a trusted coalition partner, thought-leader, and statewide voice for women and girls and expanded statewide becoming the Women’s Foundation of Florida.

While I was seeding and growing the Women’s Foundation, I also directed a successful $4 million ballot initiative, fueled by teams of volunteers across Florida, to defeat detrimental changes to the state Constitution and oversaw the creation of a statewide coalition comprised of over 100 public health, faith-based, education, medical, and social justice organizations working together to advocate for medically accurate health education in Florida schools. In New Jersey, I empowered a team of volunteers, coalition partners, and colleagues that collaborated to secure a $50 million annual appropriation in the state budget for reproductive health care. 

It’s been amazing working with numerous non-profit organizations such as Planned Parenthood, Ms. Foundation for Women, CIR/SEIU, Million Mom March, I Do Foundation, Jubilee USA, Dress for Success Palm Beaches, and the Feminist Majority.

I received my Bachelor’s degree from Smith College in Sociology and Women’s Studies and a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies with a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Florida Atlantic University, where I served as adjunct faculty and taught undergraduate courses on Women and Business, Sex and Gender in America, and College Writing.

A lifelong learner, I’m a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and have training in Positive Intelligence (PQ) to support my clients as they grow and lead.
